Zesty Balsamic Vinaigrette

This Zesty Balsamic Vinaigrette is a healthier option with clean ingredients that rivals any store-bought brand. Also, this can be made in less than 5 minutes or less.
Prep Time 5 minutes

Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. black pepper freshly cracked

Instructions
 

  • Directions: blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Store in glass container or mason jar. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp. oregano dried
  • ½ tbsp. rosemary dried
  • ½ tbsp. black pepper freshly cracked

Instructions
 

  • Directions: Combine all ingredients in bottle and shake well.
  • Store in glass container or mason jar. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
