A four-week small-group recalibration experience for women in the midlife shift who want to understand their changing physiology and age well with clarity and confidence.
welcome to
Week 1 starts Thursday April 2, 2026!
Some women are still cycling.
Some are not.
Some are on HRT. Some are not.
Some are years past their last period.
It doesn’t actually matter as much as we think.
What matters is this: somewhere after 40, your body starts responding differently.
The scale moves in the wrong direction.
Energy goes up and down.
Sleep becomes unpredictable.
Cravings show up late in the day.
You try something new. Then something else.
It starts to feel like the rules changed.
And they did.
Midlife has a way of revealing the relationship you’ve been having with your body.
For years, you may have pushed through. Skipped out on sleep. Powered past stress. Ignored the fatigue. Assumed you could circle back later.
And for a long time, your body allowed it.
But this phase is different.
The margins are narrower. The signals are louder. And the consequences show up faster.
Not because it’s turning against you.
Because it wants something different now.
Most programs approach midlife like a problem to fix.
More rules. More restriction. Another plan to follow.
That approach rarely lasts..
BECAUSE This phase asks for something different.
It asks for a different kind of partnership with your body.
One where you're paying attention to the signals and responding with intention.
Midlife, Well Lived is built around that partnership.
Not quick fixes. Not starting over.
Just a clearer way of working with the body you’re living in now.
This isn’t a protocol you follow for a few weeks and then forget. It’s a reset in how you relate to your body in midlife. Inside the weekly trainings we focus on building a strong foundation — not a quick fix.
But most importantly — we shift the lens.
From fighting your body to partnering with it.
From chasing youth to building resilience.
From starting over to moving forward.

Most women are never taught what actually happens to our metabolism as we age, This first session gives you the biological context so your body finally makes sense again.
Your metabolism is constantly responding to signals from your environment. Light exposure, sleep, and meal timing all influence how your body regulates energy and hormones.
Nutrition in midlife is not about eating less. It’s about supporting muscle, metabolism, and hormone balance.
Once you understand the biology, the next step is creating a lifestyle rhythm that supports it.
Each week we meet for 60–75 minutes. I’ll teach for about 45 minutes using slides, followed by live Q&A so you can connect the material to your own experience. You’ll also have a dedicated Q&A session in Week 5 to ask deeper questions and troubleshoot.
One week later we’ll meet again for a dedicated Q&A session where you can ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and get guidance specific to your situation.
In this session you’ll learn:
• What shifts in hormones mean for metabolism, sleep, and energy
• Why weight gain around the midsection becomes more common
• How estrogen influences insulin sensitivity and fat storage
• Why strategies that worked in your 30s often stop working in your 40s and 50s
In this session you’ll learn:
• How circadian rhythm influences metabolic health
• Why morning light and daily rhythm matter more than most people realize
• The connection between sleep, cortisol, and weight gain
• Simple daily adjustments that support energy, blood sugar stability, and better sleep.
In this session you’ll learn:
• Why muscle becomes essential for metabolic health after 40
• How protein supports metabolism and appetite regulation
• The role of healthy fats in hormone and brain health
• How to build balanced meals that support energy without complicated rules
In this session you’ll learn:
• How to structure a daily rhythm that supports metabolic health
• Movement and strength strategies that protect muscle and bone
• How stress and nervous system regulation influence weight and energy
• Practical ways to maintain these habits in real life

Are somewhere in the midlife shift and feel like your body is responding differently than it used to.
Are looking for a strict diet plan, detox, or quick weight-loss solution.
Want to understand what’s happening physiologically instead of guessing your way through it.
Prefer highly prescriptive programs with exact rules and step-by-step protocols.
Would rather enter this next phase prepared instead of waiting for symptoms to show up.
Are not interested in reflecting on how your habits and lifestyle influence your health.
Appreciate thoughtful education and practical guidance rather than rigid protocols.
Feel fully confident navigating this phase of life on your own.

My work blends nutrition science with lifestyle medicine and functional thinking. I help women use food, circadian rhythm and awareness as tools to restore balance and age with strength, clarity, and confidence.
Whether you’re navigating menopause, addressing stubborn weight or fatigue, or simply wanting to feel good in your body again, this work is about one thing: helping you rebuild trust with your body so it can do what it was designed to do — thrive.
