The next round of Metabolic Mastery will begin in November 2024.

All live calls and trainings will be recorded and replays will be made available with 24 hours of the live session.

I have an event or travel during the program, should I not participate this round?


A big part of this program is learning how to incorporate the trainings into your everyday lifestyle.

So, navigating all the life situations that come up (like work travel, holidays, vacations, weekends away, etc) without feeling off track or deprived is your key to success!

Most, if not all, of the participants in my programs have a busy schedule and this does not preclude you from optimizing your metabolic health. 


Is this program for me if I’m still struggling with emotional eating and my mindset around weight loss?


Metabolic Mastery is a course designed for women who are ready to take a deep dive into how their diet and lifestyle can uncover optimal health as they age.

If you’re looking for help with achieving a healthy mindset around food, weight, your body, and emotional eating, my Nourish for a Healthy Weight course is a better first step. 


I need hands-on support and 1:1 coaching. Is Metabolic Mastery the place for this?
