Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! You know what that means? It’s time to shower your loved ones with chocolate and cheesecake….

I’ve compiled a few delicious plant-based desserts from some bloggers I enjoy following. I think these recipes will definitely let your loved ones know how you feel about them!

Vegan Creme Brûlée

Creme Brûlée is basically synonymous with Valentine’s Day. This veganized version will blow you and your loved one away this Valentine’s day, trust me.

2-Ingredient Dark Chocolate Truffles

These 2 ingredient dark chocolate truffles are perfect if you find yourself craving chocolate on Valentine’s Day but don’t want to make an elaborate dessert. My recommendation? Make a batch of these the day before and leave them in the fridge so you know you have a little bit of chocolate-y goodness when you need it.

Red Velvet Cheesecake Bites

Vegan Red Velvet Cheesecake Bites! Swirls of lemon and red velvet cheesecake with a chocolate crumb crust. Easy to make, and no weird ingredients! Perfect for Valentine's day or a special occasion. Dairy free. #itdoesnttastelikechicken #veganrecipes #vegandesserts #valentinesday #dairyfree

Source: It Doesn’t Taste Like Chicken

Not only are these red velvet cheesecake bites delicious, they’re also stunning! The cheesecake base is made of cashews and coconut milk so they’re super creamy!

Wild Blueberry Energy Bar

With all of these heart health benefits, Wild Blueberries truly are the perfect food to incorporate into Valentine’s Day, a day that’s all about being good to your heart and to the ones you love! And these energy bars have you covered on both counts!

Chocolate Chip Almond Butter Brownies

These Chocolate Chip Almond Butter Brownies taste like a decadent dessert, but they're also vegan, gluten-free & date-sweetened! Rich, fudgy & satisfying.

You really can’t go wrong with brownies on Valentine’s Day. They’re the perfect way to wrap up the day with your loved one. Have them with a glass of almond milk, a hot cup of tea…or a glass of red wine.

Double Chocolate Cookies

Need a nice and portable snack to bring to the office or send to school with your kiddos? Look no further than these double chocolate cookies. They’re quite the crowd pleaser!

Chocolate Hazelnut Pudding Pie

This chocolate hazelnut pudding pie is a go-to recipe for me when I’m in the mood to make something that tastes truly indulgent but is kinda pretty good for you. The secret ingredient? Tofu. (I’m serious!) You can’t taste it and it gives this pudding pie the best texture.

Strawberry Shortcake

You or your loved one not a big chocolate fan? (While I don’t get it, I know there are people out there who don’t chocolate) This recipe for strawberry shortcake is perfect for you! Pro tip: Cut the strawberries into little hearts.

No-Bake Chocolate Coated Red Velvet Cake Pops

Source: One Green Planet

I’m a huge fan of no-bake anything and these cake pops are so much fun — plus they require a quarter of the effort compared to regular cake pops! They’re much, much healthier, too. These red velvet cake pops are coated in chocolate and are very “on theme” with Valentine’s Day.

Chocolate Mint Squares

These bars will fulfill your need for something a little sweet, a little crunchy, and a little chocolate-minty. Peppermint is my absolute love, so they’re perfect for a healthier treat to have on hand on Valentine’s Day.
