And, believe it or not, my work is my passion and my highest excitement — I not-so-secretly looove the opportunity to help people expand their mindset, and see what’s truly possible for them.
The Food Confidence brand started as a way for me to put all of my nutrition knowledge into practice, share my passion for food, how food affects our wellness, and how our relationships with food can be so impactful.
But, along the way, I’ve realized that what I really love is helping midlife women feel better in their aging bodies, by educating them about how they can change their life with diet, nutrition, and mindset changes.
