Who doesn’t love a good old-fashioned sandwich? There’s nothing like enjoying a fresh sandwich with a crisp dill pickle and cold glass of iced tea.

Round Up of the Best Plant Based Sandwiches

And who are we kidding? Everything tastes better between two slices of bread!

Here’s a fun round up of the best plant-based sandwiches from around the web. Enjoy!

Vegan BLT Sandwich

BLTs are my favorite sandwich, hands down. Dana, aka the Minimalist Baker, perfects the plant-based version. Trust me, this will blow any sandwich lover away.

Tempeh Reuben Sandwich

This sandwich is another classic that’s made better with plants.  Marinated tempeh, homemade Russian dressing, and seeded rye bread are all it takes to literally spark joy. Plus it goes great with a handful of chips and a pickle!

Vegan Buffalo Chickpea Salad Sandwich

I’m a true fan of chickpea “chicken” salads, but this Buffalo Chickpea Salad Sandwich is by far the best variation I’ve ever had!

This Vegan Buffalo Chickpea Salad Sandwich is the perfect lunch to pack for adults or kids! It's full of vegetables, beans and grains to keep you satisfied.

Gochugaru Tofu Subs

This sandwich recipe is so unique and delicious! The tofu is marinated in a sweet and spicy sauce made with Korean red pepper flakes. In addition to the perfectly prepared tofu, this toasted sub is made complete with some vegan cheese, thinly sliced cucumbers, and sliced red onion – YUM!

BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich

The smoky flavor and tender texture of this BBQ jackfruit sandwich will keep ’em guessing! Shredded jackfruit is the perfect pork substitute if you’re looking to fool a meat lover. Plus the crunchy, cool avocado slaw and roasted salted cashews take this sandwich over the top.
