Initial Strategy Session :: Start here!
During this private, 90-minute strategy session we will discuss your personal nutrition goals (and what’s getting in the way of you meeting them), your health, weight, and exercise history, your schedule, and your food preferences. I will analyze your 5-day food logs and begin outlining a custom-tailored nutrition strategy that is in harmony with your lifestyle and your specific nutrition goals. By the end of our session you will feel good. You will feel empowered. And you will know exactly what to do next.

12 Session Package
This package includes twelve 45-minute sessions and unlimited email support. This package is geared toward the motivated client who desires the most consistent support and guidance. I’ll show you how to design and upgrade your food choices to be in complete alignment with your lifestyle and what you want to achieve in your health. We’ll address the core areas that affect what you eat: your food principles, your mindset and behaviors, and your nutrition strategy. During our time together, you will immerse yourself in a unique blend of food strategy, nutrition education, supportive coaching, and mindful goal setting to make long-term changes. This is my most popular package (and the best value) and also the most comprehensive.

6 Session Package
This package includes six 45-minute sessions and unlimited email support. In this series of sessions we will address your core areas of focus, your mindset around food, issues that affect your health as they arise, and help you to fine-tune your nutrition strategy for the long term.
I recommend we meet two times per month to give you a chance to work on your newly acquired nutrition skills over the course of a few months. Sessions are conducted via telephone from anywhere in the world (or we can meet up in person if you’re in the DC metro area).
4 Session Package
This package includes four 45-minute sessions and unlimited email support. This series of sessions is perfect to address a specific areas of focus that you need help with. Whether you’re looking to get back on track, train for a race or other sporting event, or if you just want to lose those last 5 pounds, this series of sessions is perfect for you.
Important Note: After payment, you have 30 days to schedule your coaching session. Once the session is scheduled, should you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to allow other clients to schedule in your place. This policy is designed to encourage you to keep your commitment to yourself and to me. You deserve this time, so protect it just as you would any other appointments in your schedule.
